November 2024 findet in Stade ein spezielles Wen-Do-Training f\u00fcr Frauen ab 16 Jahren statt. Dieses Training zielt darauf ab, Selbstst\u00e4rkung und Selbstverteidigung zu vermitteln. Es wurde speziell f\u00fcr Frauen und M\u00e4dchen entwickelt, um ihnen zu helfen, ihre eigenen Grenzen zu erkennen und zu setzen, Gefahren abzuwehren und in kritischen Situationen mehr Sicherheit zu gewinnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Training umfasst Rollenspiele, Wahrnehmungs\u00fcbungen und k\u00f6rperliche Arbeit, die dazu beitragen, die eigene Stimme und Kraft bewusst einzusetzen. Neben praktischen Techniken zur Selbstverteidigung liegt der Fokus auch auf der St\u00e4rkung des Selbstbewusstseins. Die erfahrene Trainerin Juliane Kiss von &#8222;wildrosenrot&#8220; wird die Teilnehmerinnen durch die \u00dcbungen und Inhalte des Kurses f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Veranstaltung findet im Pastor-Behrens-Haus in Stade und an zwei Tagen statt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Freitag, 08. November 2024, 14:00\u201319:00 Uhr<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Samstag, 09. November 2024, 10:00\u201315:00 Uhr<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Kosten betragen 110 Euro pro Person. Eine soziale Staffelung sowie Kinderbetreuung sind auf Anfrage m\u00f6glich. Anmeldungen sind bis zum 7. Oktober 2024 m\u00f6glich.
