\nThe competitions are in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Facebook”; “Instagram”). The Organiser indemnifies Meta against any claims by participants.<\/p>\n

2. Eligibility to participate<\/strong><\/b>
\nAll persons of legal age are eligible to participate in the Organiser’s competitions on Facebook and Instagram. Participation with fake identities or with identities of third parties is not permitted. Only one entry per person and Facebook or Instagram account is possible. Participation in all competitions is free of charge. Employees of the organiser and their relatives are excluded from participation.<\/p>\n

The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition who violate the conditions of participation. Participants who publish unlawful comments, in particular those containing offensive, racist or otherwise objectionable content, are excluded from the competition.<\/p>\n

3. Participation<\/strong><\/b>

\nThe winner will be selected at random from all participants by the organiser and informed by private message.
\nIf the winner does not respond after two requests within a period of 7 days, the claim to the prize shall lapse and the prize may be transferred to another participant.<\/p>\n

6. Transfer of the prize<\/strong><\/b>
\nThe prize will be handed over at the Tourist Information Centre at the harbour, Hansestra\u00dfe 16 in 21682 Stade within 14 days of notification of the prize. After that, the claim to the prize expires.<\/p>\n

7 Data protection<\/strong><\/b>
\nThe responsible body within the meaning of the Federal Data Protection Act is the organiser. Personal data (name, postal address) will be stored exclusively for the distribution of the prize.
