Experience Stade from the water
On this one-hour tour, you will sail alongside the ramparts and learn historical and current facts from the captain about Stade’s harbours and the former fortifications that date back to the Swedish era. Enjoy the idyllic natural landscape along the way.
The trips start at the Holzhafen. Pass under the Hanseatic Bridge, along the Museum Island and on past the Königsmarck Bastion, the Erleninsel and the former Schiffertor. The route continues along the Stadeum and the youth hostel to the city villas in Parkstraße. From there, the tour slowly leads back to the starting point.
The following applies to all trips: boarding is not wheelchair accessible.
Dogs are not permitted on the boat.

Group offers
The boats “Aurora” and “August” are available to tour the Burggraben with you. Both have a seating capacity of 22 seats. The barge “August” also has tables, so it is possible to bring food and drinks on board.
