Due to the high demand, the City Voucher is now also available online. In the online shop, you can purchase a voucher to the value of € 10, € 20 and € 50. All other desired amounts are available at Sparkasse Stade-Altes Land and at the tourist information centre at the harbour.

The card is valid for three years after the end of the year of purchase. After that, the credit expires.
No, once the credit has been used up, a new card must be purchased.
Any amount between €5 and €250 can be transferred to the voucher card.
No, anyone who goes to the checkout with the voucher can pay with it, theoretically even if the voucher does not belong to him/her.
A button at the top of the page leads to the balance information. Enter the card number and the amount left on the voucher will be calculated and displayed directly.

Yes, the payment can be split if there is insufficient credit.
If the goods paid for with the voucher are returned, the shop will refund the payment in cash or with a voucher from the shop. The money will not be credited back to the City Voucher.
