Travelling by bike

You can easily reach Stade by bike via the signposted long-distance bike paths North Sea Coast Cycle Route, Elbe Cycle Route, the Mönchsweg and ‘From the Teufelsmoor to the Wadden Sea’.

Bikes can also be taken on the S-Bahn (S5) from Hamburg on weekends and outside of rush hour, the regional ‘start’-train between Hamburg and Cuxhaven and the Moorexpress from Bremen to Stade.
