Stade win(e)ter wonderland

The beautiful red half-timbered house at the head of the Hanseatic harbour, which once served as the historic town weigh house and in recent years housed a wine bar, was transformed into a cosy Christmas house just in time for the festive season. Where fine wines and select spirits were stored until recently, visitors can now discover various children’s activities, creative workshops, musical performances, as well as a branch of the tourist information office. The Stade Christmas house blends harmoniously into the cosy atmosphere of the festive harbour Christmas at the Fischmarkt square.
