The Nordik distillery in Horneburg invites you to take a tour of the distillery and gives you a rare glimpse behind the scenes of how they produce their spirits. At Nordik, distilling is still considered a craft, ‘because something made with love tastes so much better,’ say the entrepreneurs. They combine traditional methods with modern knowledge to create the best possible tastes.
The entertaining tour of the distillery provides all kinds of interesting facts about how alcohol is made. In addition to fascinating insights, there is no shortage of delicious samples to try.
Nordik’s diverse product range includes fruity schnapps and liqueurs, creamy egg liqueur variations, as well as high-quality akvavits, rum, gin and whiskey. Some special in-house creations are also available in the Nordik shop.
The family business’s connection to its home region of Altes Land and the river Elbe is distinct and unique in the wide world of spirits, and is reflected in the ingredients, names and designs.
