Entitled ‘Seven Delicacies on Saturday’, the two-hour tour combines a total of seven culinary stops: three weekly market stalls and four other gastronomic establishments and venues with a regional focus.
At each stop, owners and staff present their products in a personal conversation, sharing details about their origins, production and their passion for regional food. Of course, tasting is an essential part of the experience – delicate samples are served at every stop.
