Conditions of participation for the Facebook and Instagram giveaway "ankern & lichten"

By participating in the competition, the participant accepts the following conditions. In addition, the general terms and conditions of STADE Marketing und Tourismus GmbH apply.

1. Organiser

2. Eligibility to participate
All persons of legal age are eligible to participate in the Organiser’s competitions on Facebook and Instagram. Participation with fake identities or with identities of third parties is not permitted. Only one entry per person and Facebook or Instagram account is possible. Participation in all competitions is free of charge. Employees of the organiser and their relatives are excluded from participation.

The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition who violate the conditions of participation. Participants who publish unlawful comments, in particular those containing offensive, racist or otherwise objectionable content, are excluded from the competition.

3. Participation

4. Prize
The prize varies from competition to competition and cannot be exchanged for a cash value.

5 Determination of the winner; notification of the prize
The winner will be selected at random from all participants by the organiser and informed by private message.
If the winner does not respond after two requests within a period of 7 days, the claim to the prize shall lapse and the prize may be transferred to another participant.

6. Transfer of the prize
The prize will be handed over at the Tourist Information Centre at the harbour, Hansestraße 16 in 21682 Stade within 14 days of notification of the prize. After that, the claim to the prize expires.

7 Data protection
The responsible body within the meaning of the Federal Data Protection Act is the organiser. Personal data (name, postal address) will be stored exclusively for the distribution of the prize. The data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfil the prize distribution (e.g. to a delivery service that sends the prize to the winner). After the competition has ended, the winner’s personal data will be deleted.

8 Cash payment, transferability, legal recourse
Cash payment of the prize is not possible. The prize is not transferable. Legal recourse is excluded.
