Conditions for the “Stader City Voucher” voucher cards
The following conditions apply to the “Stader City Voucher” voucher cards (“card/s”) issued by STADE Marketing und Tourismus GmbH, Hansestraße 16, 21682 Stade (“SMTG”).
1. the card can be purchased at the participating sales outlets. The participating sales outlets can be viewed on the Internet at www.stade-marketing.de. When selling a Card, the respective point of sale acts on behalf of and in the name of SMTG.
2. the card can be used to pay for goods and services in euros in the shops of the participating companies (“points of acceptance”). The points of acceptance can be viewed on the Internet at www.stade-marketing.de.
3. it is not possible to withdraw the credit on the card (even if there is a remaining balance).
4. the card can only be topped up to a maximum amount of 250.00 euros. The minimum top-up amount is 5.00 euros. The card cannot be recharged.
5. the available credit on the card can be checked at the terminal of the respective acceptance point or on the Internet at https://gutschein.avs.de/stader-stadtgutschein/home.htm.
6. SMTG accepts no liability for loss, theft, damage, illegibility or unauthorised use of the card. It is not possible to block the card.
7. objections and other complaints by the cardholder arising from the contractual relationship with the acceptance point where the card was used for payment must be made directly to this acceptance point.
(8) The card is not personalised and is therefore transferable.
9. the card is valid for three years from the end of the year of purchase. The credit balance then expires. Information on the validity of the card or the credit balance (e.g. on receipts from points of acceptance) that is not in accordance with the above sentences is not valid.
