The Heath Walk is a literary stroll through the idyllic Barger Heath. Through mindfulness and relaxation exercises, and stories and poems about the heath, you are sure to enjoy a pleasant break from everyday life.
Exercises for conscious breathing, light stretching to promote physical well-being and thematic immersion in lyrical poems about the heathland are sure to have a beneficial effect on body and mind.
The Barger Heath is located in the south of Stade and impresses with its gently undulating heathland, which is traversed by easily accessible hiking trails. Especially in late summer, the nature reserve enchants its visitors with its characteristic sea purple of blossoms.
